Run down, extremely dirty place. Incompetent staff!
no information was given during check in (the rules about the pool, registration list for the gym, breakfast, where to find the facilities) I got fooled by the nice pictures.
15$ food voucher was not recognised until I pull out my reservation to show I was telling the truth. I was told I could only allocate the 15$ toward water and snacks they had behind the counter.
When I tried to get some water, I was told a 15$ gift certificate to Moxie (apparently) was given to me when I checked in. it never happened. I had to show them my lunch receipt to show that actually paid in full with no voucher. Ridiculous! Ice machine didn’t work on my floor, I was told I should go to the 9th floor to get ice. There was a water coming from the gym ceiling, with towels on the floor. Equipment was either broken or missing (no 10-20 lb weights). The only thing that worked at the gym was the TV. I stopped taking pictures after the first day… but whatever is attached can sum it up.
