So bad it’s funny
Overwhelmed and under trained desk agent. She was polite and wonderful but shouldn’t have been alone. The first room reeked of mold. We got another room. The sheets hadn’t been washed in some time according to the smell, the towels and washcloths were all heavily stained. The staff at breakfast the next morning said nothing until we were looking over things and that’s when we were curtly told we needed to take everything we touched. These people don’t care. It was pretty shocking Holiday Inn would allow their name to be put on such a joke of a hotel. We got a good rate, but after the stay it was way way overpriced. I wouldn’t ever stay there again and I hope the night agent gets a better gig

A great stay
Had a very pleasant trip. I was greeted with a smile and a cheerful voice at check in and any other time I passed by the front desk. The room was very clean, only had two sets of towels, but each day when i called for extra it was never a problem. I took twin 4 year olds, so we used the pool and the water and the pool area were always very warm(definetly a plus since it was in February). Overall we had a great stay and I would stay again if im ever in Mobile again.

Rooms in need of repair
The hotel was conveniently located and the staff was nice. The first room I had had an issue with the shower wall, the insert was separating in the middle of the shower wall. Also, the fire sprinkler in the room had white paper stapled to the ceiling around it covering up what I believe to be a hole. The bed made a lot of noise when I moved. Made the hotel of the issue with the shower and my concern about water damage to the wall, ( I am an insurance adjuster). The hotel promptly moved me to another room without any issue. That was appreciated. The new room had a comfortable bed and no paper stapled to the ceiling, this made me happy. The shower however had the same problem, only worse than the front room. Either the cleaning staff doesn’t bother letting the manager know about issues in the rooms, or the manager doesn’t bother fixing the issues. Not sure which is happening, but disappointed either way. Like I stated at first, the staff was nice, the rooms just had some issues.

Nice suite hotel
Location is great. The staff is friendly. Room is spacious, bed is comfort. We stayed the xmas eve night and the holiday decoration is nice.
