My husband was upset how the employee at the front desk, told him that our hotel would have to charge us an additional fee just because we were wanting to check-in 1 hour early prior to our initial check-in time so we ended up just waiting until our check-in time. I Cannot give an excellent rating review on our stay because it was discomforting to me how I smelled cigarette smoke in our room from a previous guest and the air condition in our room was Not working well. Everything else was good though. Having available air condition that functions, makes a huge difference. I had to crank up the a/c to a lower number just to feel Any kind of air condition and it would take awhile before I would actually feel air condition.

Need Improvements Done
There was no refrigerator in the room and the shower knob was broken and it was hard trying to take a shower. They really need to improve.

The chair was broke in the room it looked like the bed was already slept in and there was no one to check me out in the morning. I had to just leave the card. Extremely poor customer service.

Needs refurbishment.
The room interior condition was terrible. Broken closet doors and wall lamp hanging off the wall. The shower was not low flow but more like no flow. Can’t recommend this place. It needs major refurbishment.
