Our actual stay was great- we were just there overnight, but when we arrived, check-in was fast and easy. For anyone wondering about the pool, at our time of stay (February 20, 2021), it was open but only available by appointment and by the time we arrived/ checked-in at 7pm, all the spots for the evening were full and unavailable. The team was super flexible about getting us the first available time the next morning and we were so beyond grateful for that - really went above and beyond there...but for anyone wondering about the pool- you can't make your pool reservation until you have checked in and there is no guarantee since the pool is open to one family at a time so there are limited spots. I would have loved to have been able to use the hot tub and sauna but both are closed due to COVID, in case anyone is wondering. We were very happy with our stay. We would stay here again. Beds were very comfortable and we got a great night sleep.

Did not get the room we thought we booked
The stay was good overall, but we were a little upset by the deceptive advertising. First, they had the wrong pictures of our room on Hotels.com. The hotel sent us a picture of the actual room after we booked, which was fine. We booked a deluxe CORNER king room, expecing a CORNER room with wrap around windows. Our room was next to a corner room. When we inquired the manager said we were in a corner, and we got the room we paid for. He explained that it was a corner room due to the architecture of the building. He did comp our dinner from the restaurant due to us being unhappy. When people book a corner room they do not expect a room sandwiched in between 2 other rooms. They should advertise differently. Beware!!

Nice place to stay, convenient clean and a terrific pool for workout during thes times that all the gyms are closed. Will stay there every time I go into town!!

Nice Stay If Not For The Loud Music
My husband and I went for a night to get away. Unfortunately from midnight to 5am people on our floor were allowed to blast music. I called the front desk twice to complain. I was told since the music was not as loud in the hallway, they would not disturb the guests to ask them to turn down the music. We ended up packing up our things and leaving since we could not sleep. Since I booked through hotels.com, I was told I would not be compensated for our disruptive stay. Lucky for me, I’m also a Marriott bonvoy member and points were added to our account.
