I hair dryer didn't’ work. Toilet paper holder was half pulled off wall. Front desk was not very accessible. Porch light was on and had no on/off switch. Kept the room half lit all night.

Hotel room was disgusting. We were going to stay for two nights but left after the first night. When we arrived, the room was extremely dusty, and there was hair on the comforter as if it was not washed. There was two holes in the ceiling that were cut for maintenance, but not repaired and a chair in the middle of the room that was so disgusting. I would not let my kids sit on it. My daughter found small blood stains on the sheets when she woke up in the morning. I asked if it was from her she said no it must’ve been from who stayed before. We put that we went to the room cleaned on the door and was gone to the park all day. We came back. The room was the same, but they had made the beds. We pulled back the comforter to check and see if they had replaced the sheets and it was the same sheets so we pack her stuff up and left. Will not go back.

Our hotel stay exceeded our expectations! It was very clean, comfortable, and close to everything. We wanted to stay close to Beavers Bend Park and it is literally across the street from the main entrance.

The staff was amazing the room could’ve been cleaner but was horrible. The pool was totally unusable may be time of year maybe they hadn’t gotten it ready for summer. But for price and location it was a great deal even with no pool

I reserve this room from Expedia. The front desk even called me to tell me where the key was going to be because we were late arrival. She also said that I can call any number and they can help us out with anything. Opened up the door to room 102 and it’s dirty. I’ve been here for 30 minutes. No one‘s answering any phones. This is poor service. The place looks awful trash on the outside. The pool is unclean. This place is not kept well. Don’t recommend staying here.

The staff were helpful. The reservation and check in were easy. It was quiet at the hotel. An older redone property but the walls were thick and it wasn't noisy! Comfy beds.

1st the positive. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were fresh. AC and Heating worked well. The negatives were that we were given a room right next to the highway and it was loud. They had plenty of rooms not sure why? Only 3 other cars in the parking lot the whole time we were there. The blinds by the bathroom were broken. They really need to do some upgrades and repairs.

1st room was already occupied when it showed in computer to be available and staff member had both keys to room. Next room had 2 square holes in both corners that opened up directly into the roof. You could see the pipes, insulation and plywood. Finally got a room and there were 2 square size holes in each corner on the wall itself that you could see piping, but at lea a t it was the wall and not direct access to room. We were on the back side of the property and there were no lights to be able to see down the walkway to your room. Only lights were at each end where stairs were. Overall horrible experience. I felt unsafe very dissappoibted that they allowed those rooms to be rented when they weren't safe. Would appreciate my money back.
