We have stayed here before and for the price and location it’s perfect. Staff is very nice. This place is affordable for a quick trip to Broken Bow.

Overall it was a nice stay. Shower was constantly dripping, lamp shade had mold and linens were stained. A few updates would make this place excellent as front lobby, exterior and pool are were very nice! Very budget friendly, staff was kind, and was a great central location close to everything!

I stay here frequently, mostly because of the access to 259A for fishing, its not bad, its not spectacular either, it just is what it is, a clean room to sleep in after a long day. I hope they bring back the breakfast area someday, i will continue to stay, but a few more perks would be nice. I give overall 3 stars because of the lack amenities.

There was a small group of people that sat in the middle beside the pool until after 2am that was drunk and obnoxious. Also at 1am our ac quit working do to a melted plug in.

a/c was good, about it. it worked for a sleep over for one night. I definitely would not stay here again. needs a makeover bad, you can see gaps around the whole door. coffee in room, but cups don't fit it, no condiments as all. it works in a pinch.

It looks like they may have recently renovated. Decent place to lay your head down. The Beds were like sleeping on a hard wood floor. The tv seemed like a 22”, the internet cut out between 12-1 ish at night. The price helped on the issues on the items listed. For the price point I could see staying there again in the future.
