Sandpearl 度假酒店

The room and entire resort was very clean. They gave us early check in. late check out, and allowed us to stay and enjoy the resort after checkout. The service is top-notch, especially our pool side server, Elaine. Food and beverages were excellent. Can’t wait to come back!

The resort was kind enough to upgrade us to a suite. Beautiful views!

View included restaurant exhaust fans, smelly and loud.

I wish that I knew that there would be no housekeeping at all, beds were not made nor were coffee cups/ wine and beverage glasses replaced. I had to call for towels and bag up my old towels to put outside the room. I do understand COVID, but being an upscale resort, I should have been told

Very nice hotel right on the beach in Clearwater with a private beach and a nice pool.

The hotel and staff were wonderful. I liked all the precautions taken for covid, felt safe. We had dinner at Careta's for the first time. It was incredible, will eat at every visit to the Sand Pearl.

Had a great time -room was nice but not “amazing”. Pool was always cold you got used to it but a little warmer would have been nice. The beach chairs for the resort were pretty far back and you sat behind all the people at the beach that was open to the public. The staff was very friendly and helpful-overall we had a wonderful time!

Nice rooms. Loved the large pool. Staff did not always answer the phone or respond to emails. Called for room service never did get my food. Emailed manager regarding a request. No response. Lovely place but mediocre customer service.
