The pool area looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in awhile. The gal at the front desk was on her phone when we walked down to checkout. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. No where did it say that you had to pay for breakfast. We went down to grab breakfast which is normally continental and included with the room only to find out you needed to pay an additional $10 per meal for breakfast or $3-$6 for a la cart items. Definitely will not be staying here again, or recommend it to anyone.

Our plane was diverted on Thursday night we had to get a hotel in Bozeman, I did call Hilton Garden Inn as well as Expedia neither one was helpful in fact the Expedia person hung up on me. The Hilton Garden Inn told me if I didn’t check in on Thursday night the reservation would be canceled, I am disappointed in both Expedia and Hilton Garden Inn

Another disappointing stay.

First off we booked an accessible room we arrived well after the required check in time and it was not ready we had to wait for 1 hour to get into our room which was on 3rd floor away from everything (not convenient at all). There were signs throughout the facility stating they were upgrading facility which by the way were there last year when we stayed and nothing has changed in that years time, it states there is a restaurant no there was not, we also had to ask for everything ex. soap, toilet paper, towels, and pillows to name a few, also we had no kleenex, no plastic liner for ice bucket, our blinds were broke and did not open which we needed the light so we used the ironing board to prop open them open. For it being a handicapped room the bed was high, extremely hard the pool area and lobby were very far away and room was very noisy, overall cleanliness was lacking. We woud not recommend this facility we for one will not give it a third try. The staff were very pleasant and helpful however. Experience was disappointing.

Overall our stay was okay. Went in the hot tub and it was cold. Asked at the front desk in the morning to see if it could be turned up but maintenance didn’t respond
