Great stay
Absolutely wonderful front desk clerk, Wayne. He is the only hotel employee we ran into on our quick overnight stay, but he was friendly, funny, knowledgeable and efficient. Hotel condition was great. Location was great. Lots of food and shopping nearby.

I booked this stay for a small family and friends gathering. When I arrived to check in and allow the decorators in i was told by the front desk clerk that check in wasn’t until 4 and they didn’t have a reservation for me. I showed the lady the confirmation email I received. She basically told me that my reservation didn’t mean anything because the name is different. I also showed the woman the confirmation email showing where the name of the confirmed party was updated. She made me wait for an hour and a half because she stated that in her system that the reservation name is different and Hotels.com hadn’t posted anything in her system. She then stated I can book you another room at “our rates” I really had no other choice. I had to book another room and pay extra money for the decorators who also was waiting over an hour and a half.

The room looked like it had been cleaned in a rush. There was dirt and dust in the corners that looked like it had been there for a while, like the room needed a deep scrub. We asked for extra towels to be put in our room the day before and there wasn’t. The pool was very dirty around it. There were used masks on the ground and the chairs looked like they needed to be pressure washed. The jets in the hot tub didn’t work either. For the price, I was not as impressed as I was a few years ago when my family and I stayed here.

ot a fan
I don’t think our room had really been cleaned. And old coffee packet was in the coffee maker. The bathroom was not clean. There was trash under the couch. And an old pitcher in the fridge. Mattress was extremely uncomfortable. Usually I have great experiences with Residence Inn but not this one.
