This property appears to be an older hotel that desperately needs updating. Upon entering our room I noticed a mildew/cleaning solution odor, I thought it was just a passing smell, but woke up the next morning to find our carpet saturated by what appeared to be an air conditioner leaking in our room. I decided to take a shower before I addressed the issue with the front desk only to find out that there was no hot water in the shower. The lady from the front desk came up and “fixed” our hot water issue, but when I told her about the soaked floor she just offered to move me to another room. Our new room still smelled of mildew but at least the air conditioner didn’t leak. Parking is another issue because there are not enough spaces for all the guests to even have just 1 car per room. On our second night I had to park our car across the street at a restaurant along with several other hotel guests. I spoke with another hotel guest about the problems that I was having and she said that the hot water did not work in her room either until she contacted the front desk. I was very disappointed in the hotel and I would not recommend it to anyone. I can’t believe it’s part of the Marriott chain.
