Half of the resort was under renovation without giving a notice to the customers…Unprofessional staff…worst experience ever…
many facilities can’t be used due to the undergoing renovations such as the pool and it’s area.
We paid for three bedrooms premiums villas with private pool.upon arrival the property villas wasn’t ready and the resort had to downgrade the villa to two bedrooms due to lack of maintenance and overbooking,the new villa pool was dirty, there was leaking in two AC units that made a broken walls. When I contacted the front desk about these problems, At the beginning they promise to take care of these problems by sending the Maintance guys. The Maintance guys shows up .However,couldn’t fix the issue of AC units during that night.The living and dining had to be used with no AC’s where Bahrain weather was very hot.The pool guy cleaned the pool but stated that the pool can’t be used until the next morning.so, again the usage of this type of villa is useless by that time.
The manger duty called to apologize by stating this morning rain made these issues and we are fully booked so sorry we can’t do anything…
What kind of resort is this.
I wouldn’t give it even one star resort.
Don’t waste your time and money…
