The private balconies overlooking the water really made the rooms even more exceptional! Clean, spacious and beautiful. Very family friendly. The staff were very nice and attentive. My boys and I loved the pool and hot tub and the view of the waterway was just breathtaking! The location is perfect and in walking distance of all the great restaurants and the beautiful beaches. We rode scooters around all day and had the best time! We will definitely visit again and highly recommend Hutchinson Plaza! An absolutely beautiful area!

Good for a couple of days.

Terrible experience all around. The front desk staff does not wear masks or respect Covid-19 precautions. The maid walked into or our 3 times before check out time using her master key starting at 9:30 am. We called the desk to let them know we wanted to add another night at 11:00 am and they were so rude we decided to pack our things and just go. We ended up getting down to the desk around 11:20 and were told we are now on a "no rent list" due to us missing check out time. We called to speak to a manager and she was just as rude and backed up her staff rather than catering to her customers. Terrible place to stay if you appreciate hospitality and customer service. Many other awesome hotels nearby!

Hotels need maintenance team, the TV was not working conditions, front desk lady come to the room to fixed, but she said that is outside of its capacities. one night light not working. need maintenance.

We love to stay here when we come to town! We stayed 3 days this time. The hot tub wasn’t working the first day but they got it fixed and we’re able to use it the next 2 days. They have nice heated pool in the winter so that was so awesome for the kids!! They offer a good variety of items for breakfast not a hot one yet but they do well with what they have to deal with at the times. Beautiful tiki hut by pool and also one on the dock so beautiful!!!

Hotel was great except the front desk clerk was very rude when we checked in and the elevator would not go down to the lobby. We had to get off on the 2nd floor and use the stairs from there.
