Friendly staff, great value for price.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite with full kitchen. It was a perfect size for our family of 6. The kitchen came stocked with pots, pans, plates and utensils. They had a decent fitness center and pool woth hot tub. The location was great it was close to numerous shopping centers and restaurants. It was an hour drive to rocky mountain national park. The room we stayed in had a partial mountain view.

We are stayed at this hotel, but not service, you need go get everything, put trash out. After 2 days I asked them, they said because off COVID-19 we are not cleaning rooms, every 7 to 10 days we are clean, breakfast was bad, I booked for 4 people, they give me service for 2, keep calling get service. But front desk people really nice and friendly. But service was zero.

Parking was $12 per night. There was nothing about that on the website when I reserved and paid for my room. Breakfast was all sugar....muffins, fruited yogurt and juice. Cable TV was basic tv channels only. Our choices for tv entertainment was reality shows, news or sports all night. We tried to plug in one of our apple devices to stream from our phones a movie, but that option was disabled on the TVs. Not to mention the TVs were only little ones. The lotion in our room was open when we got there.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location worked very well for us. The room was clean and comfortable.

Nonexistent Customer Service.9.0 rating a mystery. $12 a day to park(see fine print). Told: No maid service/cleaning, No fresh linens, No breakfast, No evening dinner/cocktails, No restock coffee etc. Only pre-packaged items or buy in their ‘Market'. 1st morning returned empty handed, nothing worth eating: small hard muffins, instant oatmeal, lukewarm milk in melted ice & coffee. With Covid shouldn’t they treat their few guests like they care? Rms have kitchens: bagels, bread, toaster waffles, granola/bars, fresh fruit, yogurt, OJ. hard boiled eggs. Guests can take to their rooms. Same for evening dinner/social hr: have 1 or 2 choices for dinner: Chef Salad, Nachos or something similar. Same w/ social hr: red/white wine/beer. Guests pick option, call front desk w/requests, go pick up at desk. It's called good customer service. For 5 days we came/went, no one asked us if we needed anything! Idea, when front desk sees guests ask if they need anything OR call each guest once per day, do they need anything? Again, customer service. Bed was worst ever: fitted sheet too large, top sheet too small, blanket too small, pull up & feet stuck out bottom. Asked for king blanket was handed blanket clearly too small, "This can't be a king blanket, it’s not large enough." “They’re all the same size." What? Really? It was a twin blanket! We come to Loveland often and with 83 hotels in Loveland we have many options. We’ll definitely never stay at the Residence Inn by Marriott Loveland again!

Staff was very courteous & hotel was in wonderful condition. We swam & enjoyed the hot tub & had a perfect family staycation!!

The full kitchen in each room is so nice! I expected a kitchenette but there was a full size fridge/freezer and a stove top! So great when you’re staying away from home!

Location was perfect, had a nice time, staff was nice and room was clean

Room and bathroom were very nice. Had some issues with the staff. No housekeeping of rooms what do ever. Had to change own bed. Front desk woman at check in was very rude.
