The House on the Rock is a typical construction of the Apulian land, a complex of five trulli immersed in the countryside of Monopoli, a very popular area because it is in the center of the Itria Valley.
At 9 km the beach of Portorosso, one of the most beautiful seaside resorts of Monopoli. The sea, typical of Salento, is easily accessible.
At a distance of 2 km you will find restaurants where you can taste typical dishes of this magnificent region that is Puglia.
The house is made up of these five cones that will be for the exclusive use of guests, like all the outdoor space. Next to the trulli stands the property inhabited by the friendly owners.
The property offers a parking area as soon as you pass the automatic entrance gate.
In the garden of the property there is a gazebo embellished with a dining table and chairs where you can enjoy your meals in the peace and tranquility that distinguishes this beautiful property. Just away from the gazebo area you will have a monumental barbecue with a sink next to it. A hammock will accompany your most relaxing moments. There is also an external oven if you do not want to use the internal kitchen.
For your moments of leisure outdoors a ping pong table.
Continuing, another relaxation area awaits you with sun loungers and at guests' disposal the swimming pool, for exclusive use, sanitized with UV rays and active oxygen. Near the swimming pool there is also a service bathroom.
Entering the first trullo, from the main entrance you will be immediately greeted by a living room where we find a fireplace for the coldest days and a dining table and Smart TV. On the right there is a small separè that divides the double sofa bed.
Continuing on the left instead we arrive in the small kitchen complete with oven, microwave, dishes, refrigerator and hob. A small snack table with two chairs for a quick breakfast.
Next to the kitchen we enter the sleeping area where on the left there is the master double bedroom with wardrobe. On the left, however, the bathroom complete with shower, toilet, bidet and sink and another small bedroom with two single bunk beds and a small wardrobe.
There is no air conditioning since the structure, typically Apulian, is cool both day and night.
