However, I felt a little uncomfortable when I checked in this time. When I arrived, and showed the reservation confirmation email to the staff, they said the can't find it in the system, so I have to call hotels.com,.The guy who picked up the phone did find the reservation on hotels.com's system, and he tried to help, but another problem occur, he speaks only English, then I have to be a translator.(not a problem for me actually, but I noticed that there are only two language options when I dial the hotline, one is Cantonese, another one is English. It will be much more convenient to have Mandarin options added)Luckily, the staff let me checked in first, and leave that communication problem to their reservation department, and it took one day for them to solve that problem. It is good that the staff of both Kapok Hotel and Hotels.com were trying their best to help me, so I believe that it won't happen again and will will Hotels.com to make reservation.
