originally we didn't plan to stay at a hotel for my son's surgery due to the epidemic concern. however, the possible freezing weather made us to make a last minute decision to book this hotel for my son's surgery the next day. it turned out to be the best thing we did: the staff is so friendly and helpful! the location is perfect. my son had a surgery at Duke outpatient surgical center, which is walking distance from the hotel. the hotel even provides shutter van for the surgical center. the staff there recommended us to take the shutter and leave the car at the hotel parking lot, which made everything is much easy. highly recommend to stay there if there is a surgery needs to be done at Duke out patient surgical center.

Nice big room but no coffee pot and the bathroom is very tiny

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights while he was having a procedure done at a local hospital. The rooms were very clean, the staff awesome, the beds were comfort, and there was a shuttle service that dropped me off at the hospital doors and picked me up when I called. We will always use this hotel when we are I. The area!

The room had all old, stained, scuffed up and stained furniture. Even though the pictures on the website are legit they dont show you how empty and broken down the room is. When you talked in the room it echoed. Very disappointing and depressing room.

It was wonderful staying here... i feel if you added stoves in the rooms it would be an even amazing experience. 👌😍

I received a very spacious room directly across from Duke University Hospital while my daughter had her procedure.

Parking was odd. Had to pay for breakfast items and they were snacks items

The lady at the desk when we checked in was so polite. When we had an issue with the remote she took care of it for us. She had a great personality and was a pleasure to deal with. We will certainly start here again for future visits.

This hotel is affordable and across from Duke Medical Center so was perfect for us as my husband had an early morning procedure at Duke Hospital. The room was clean, spacious with refrigerator, microwave, and kitchen sink, table and chairs. With COVID we did not want to eat out, so were able to eat in our room. Comfortable and quiet. Staff wore masks.

Hotel is a great place to stay if you are visiting the Duke Cancer Center or Hospital. Staff has always been super friendly and rooms clean. It is our go to place to stay when traveling to Duke for medical care.
