The stylishly furnished ground floor apartment has direct lake views for you whilst relaxing on the balcony with a BBQ.

There is a spacious combined lounge and dining area with air-conditioning and flat screen TV and DVD.
Complete with queen size in the master bed, a tri bunk (single over double ) and a single bunk bed in the second bedroom. Family bathroom with shower and a separate bath.
Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Internal laundry with washing machine and dryer.

Linen is not supplied but can be hired for your stay. A bond of $250 applies to all bookings by way of a pre authorisation on a valid credit card.

To ensure the comfort of our guests and the neighbours, we do not accept bookings for "Schoolies" breaks/under 21yrs groups and under no circumstances do we allow weddings or parties of any sort.

This property is a holiday rental, it is not a principal place of residence and there are no shared rooms. Enjoy your time in comfort and privacy.
