My family had to travel for a funeral and the staff could not have been more accommodating. My only complaint was the furniture was not very comfy and the bed was too soft, causing a pretty bad backache. However, very clean and lovely.

Very pleasant stay! The front desk staff were very friendly and professional. The hotel was very clean from the lobby to the room. I was left with the impression they took covid seriously and the precautionary measures were taken effectively. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. Water pressure in the shower was good and the temperatures of the water were very hot and cold, which was nice. Parking was ample and well lit parking lot during the evenings.

Spring Hill must be one of Marriott’s down market brands. Basic room furnishings and a breakfast. The hotel itself is fine, but for what this one offers it seems overpriced. Not bad, not great.

The TV faced the bed and you couldn't swing it to face the couch. The wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling. Not much of a breakfast selection, but I'm sure that is due to COVID.

Only two things that were wrong 1) the bed was too soft and 2) the air conditioner compressor was very loud and if you turned it off even though it was in the thirties outside the room got very warm.

When arriving at Dulles I called for the shuttle and it took over 30 minutes for it to arrive(after having to make a second call) ... it was quite cold and a bit frustrating watching all the other hotel shuttles come and go multiple times. So I didn’t get off to a very good start. It didn’t appear that there were many people staying at the hotel but they literally put me in the room furthest from the elevator. Upon entering the room there were cracker crumbs on the floor and few pretty yucky stains on the carpet. For the positives now -the bed and pillows were comfortable, the bathroom was clean and the size and set up of the room was good.

Breakfast could be a bit better, but it was adequate for the current Covid times. Room was more than comfortable, and the rates were very good for a hotel this close to the airport.

I checked into three rooms in one night!!! I checked in into a room where I saw some stains on the bed sheet then they changed the room for me.
