Perfect but varity of food to be improved

The hotel did not have anything special. The food was below average. The service is average.

Resort is luxurious, nice long beach, wide variety of food, however, you feel that managment of this hotel is not selected very well and they are not professional enough i believe and don't know how to deal with guests.

Fantastic all inclusive hotel. Service was impeccable, grounds immaculate and excellent hotel amenities. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Red Sea.

Our stary at Maribel Beach was amazing. The staff were so helpful, we originally had a room at the back of the hotel, when we approached reception to change they (shakuk and Peter) organised this the same day. The staff at the buffet hall (Mina and Amr) were great. They brought us drinks immediately after we sat down and ensured that our daughter has a teaspoon as our toddler cutlery had been taken at the airport. The resort is exactly like the photos, the beach exceeded our expectations. Mohanad at the beach bar was excellent, bringing drinks to our sun loungers and ensuring our daughter's drink had a melon. Overall an excellent stay, thank you Jaz.

Wonderful , friendly service everywhere. Did not like the quality of their wines.

excellent value for money, cheaper than other similar resorts in sharm. good variety n quality of food, excellent service, great family friendly resort, has about 1000 rooms? highly recommended

Service is second to none. Special mention to Ahmed at the main restaurant who goes above and beyond. Rooms are spacious and resort facilities are excellent

Lovely clean hotel .all staff friendly and welcoming. Nice food. All round lovely hotel.

It was OK. The resort had evening activities specifically catered for Eastern European.
