Shower control in my room 302 is not right, squeals the whole time it’s on. Mini fridge doesn’t cool well. Otherwise it was a good stay. Staff is friendly.

It was a very pretty lay out, the rooms were very sound proof, staff was excellent and friendly. The shower was very hard to set the water temperature and the toilets did not flush well. The rooms were smaller than the pictures appeared to make them look.

No Hot Water
While traveling for work, I stayed at this hotel. Everything was fine except the morning I woke up. I started the shower and let it run for a couple minutes. Not ready. I waited a little longer. Not ready. I called the front desk. Someone was sent up within minutes. Again the water was lukewarm at best. The repairman said he would go check the boilers but it could be that everyone is taking a shower now. The staff said they increased the heat and to wait about 10 mins. I waited. The water never got hot. Disappointing. Don't expect a hot shower on Sunday at 0800.

SUPER clean and staff was beyond friendly!
I am very impressed with cleanliness and sanitation throughout the whole entire hotel. The hotel lobby, common areas, outdoor seating areas, and my hotel room was perfect! I saw hotel staff numerous times wiping down doorhandles , elevator buttons and countertops with disinfectant cleaner. Check out time was 12 PM which was incredible that they offer that extra hour at no cost. Front desk staff was accommodating if you forgot your mask. Every time I walk through the hotel front doors I was greeted by a hotel clerk with a smile and genuine hello! I would definitely stay here again in the future!
