奧克蘭象限酒店 - 奥克蘭

象限酒店的服务非常好，我们是遇到航班取消又赶上周末，当天奥克兰价格合适的酒店非常爆满，本来我们预定了二个晚上，结果到了酒店才得知因为系统出问题，酒店实际上已经没有房间了，这让我们非常着急。感谢前台的几位服务员，一直在替我们打电话联系其他酒店，其中一位华裔女士尤其令我们感动，不但协助我们解决了当晚的住宿，还为我们预留了第二天的房间。在我们离开酒店的时候帮助我们联系的士等等。酒店周边环境很好，临近奥克兰大学和阿尔伯特公园，距离海边和皇后大街也很近。房间很好，可以看到大海，一应设施很齐全，有洗衣设备和厨房。总之，在异国他乡碰到困难的时候，入住了这家酒店，碰到那么好的服务人员，真的是我们的幸运，心存感激。

The staff at the front desk were extremely kind and helpful. They gave me good directions for public transportation on my last day in Auckland and summoned a cab for me to the airport. I had a lovely two room suite with a view of the harbor all to myself. The breakfast was not the best I had on this trip and the front desk was a bit shabby and could use some sprucing up. Overall, however, this was a good budget hotel for one night.

Excellent hotel with great location. Quite reasonable price with great amenities. There is a sauna and whirlpool in the exercise area which is typically small for hotels. The breakfast was good, need more eating area since it was always crowded between 6:00 and 8:30. Wear walking shoes because it is very hilly in the area.

Clean, tidy, friendly staff, close to CBD. Would definitely recommend and will stay again.

The location was perfect as I had appointments in the CBD area. I don't mind the smaller room sizes but one thing I do mind is when the bathrooms don't feel clean. It definitely felt like it had been cleaned but perhaps the building is quite old that even with that it still felt unclean to me. That would be my only negative!
