Odalar son derece temiz ve bakımlı, personel ise son derecede kibar ve yardımsever. Sık seyahat eden biri olarak belirtmeliyim ki; REF INN HOTEL'de yaşadığım konaklama deneyimini daha önce konaklama yaptığım yerlerde pek sık görmediğimi belirtmeliyim.
