The room was nice size, but the bed was like a swayback horse. Too soft and uncomfortable.

Excellent location, right next to all attractions , also very clean with friendly staff. Overall, very happy and highly recommend it, there is a parking fee but that is expected as the area has no street parking or any other type of free parking.

Great for families!!!
My family and I loved the room and location. Our room had a sofa bed in the living room that had a very comfortable mattress for the kids. There was a separate room for my husband and I which gave us some privacy from the kids. There were two TVs in the room-one in the family area where the sofa bed was and one in the bedroom so we didn’t have to fight for the remote. The bathroom was shared but a good size. There were two entrances to the bathroom-one from the bedroom and one from the main family/kitchen area. The mini kitchenette was a big help in keeping our leftovers fresh in the fridge and reheating them on a mini stove. The kitchenette had all the pot and cutlery that you would need. The balcony had a wonderful view of church and a side view of the lake. The hotel is situated just steps from the village but in an area that’s quiet so you won’t get disturbed by any noise from the village. The gondola that takes you to the main village area is only a 3-4min walk. The hotel has a pool, hot tub, play area and is situated close to the mirror lake. There is a keurig coffee station in the reception area that makes delicious coffee. That was my go to place for coffee every morning and evening. Breakfast was included and was quite decent. The reception and staff were very friendly and all smiles. We would definitely stay here again!

Because of the big storm with major ongoing outage we cancelled the second night. We hope that we will receive the money for the second night.
Overall the hotel is very nice, but because the power could not be restore we didn't enjoy our minivacation.
