Welcome to my home!
I welcome you in a charming 31 square meters flat in the 18ᵉ arrondissement of PARIS, located on the 1st floor without lift and can accommodate up to 2 people. It is ideally located near the Sacré Coeur, the Moulin Rouge and the "je t'aime" Wall. You will be able to walk in a dynamic district and discover the capital in all its splendour!

## Logement
Located in the heart of Paris, my apartment is clean, bright and is composed of a bedroom with a double bed, a shower room, a fully equipped kitchen and a beautiful living room with a large television to relax after a busy day.
You will have at your disposal to spend an excellent stay:
Wifi, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Dryer, Coffee machine, Microwave, Oven, Iron.
A professional cleaning is done before and after each traveler.
You will be very well served by public transportation to stroll around the city and its surroundings!
The apartment is ideally located near the Sacré Coeur (10 min walk), the Moulin Rouge (6 min), the Wall of "I love you" (8 min) and the Place Emile-Goudeau (3 min).
The Louvre Museum is 20 minutes away by metro, the Notre-Dame de Paris Cathedral is 30 minutes away and the Eiffel Tower is 40 minutes away.
For your shopping, you will have shops nearby such as the SuperMarket 33 at 4 min walk and the Monop' PIGALLE at 5 min.
The area is very popular with locals and tourists, so don't hesitate to ask me for good addresses, I'll be happy to share my favorites with you!
## Emplacement
The 18th arrondissement is in the north of Paris and includes the districts of La Goutte d'Or and Montmartre. Montmartre is one of the highest mounds in Paris and the view of the summit is amazing. Montmartre became the neighborhood of many artists like Picasso, Dali, Duchamp, Toulouse-Lautrec and many others. The 18th arrondissement is therefore very contrasted, integrating ethnic blocks with a bourgeois sector or the opposite. Boulevard de Clichy, near Place Pigalle, has many nice cafes and bars, giving the neighborhood a great dynamism and respectability.

Lines 2 and 12 (Pigalle station): 3 minutes on foot.
Lines 13 (Place de Clichy station): 9 minutes on foot.
Bus :
Lines 40, 54, N02 (Pigalle station): 3 minutes walk.
Line 40 (Abbesses station) : 2 minutes on foot.
