HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. We stayed 3 nights there... The beginning we had a towel disintegrating, we ask to changed. Second we ask to not be disturb while we were there. The cleaning team opened the door without even knocking while we were having "our time"it was embarrassing to jump and hold the door. We asked again to not be disturbed... they promise would not happen again... next day we went for a walk when we come back someone got in our room moving a lot things around... We asked to speak with a manager and a rude lady said that they did not have a manager or owner of the hotel... we called hotels.com (they were amazing customer service)... they tried to call the hotel (I was at the stairs listening when they did it) the rude lady said no one speaks doesn't speak english... LIAR! Also the breakfast had a lot of ripe fruits... it was disgusting. In the room some furniture is really old and broken.DO NOT GO THERE. Worst customer service... no respect for customer at all.

The photos are a bit misleading. The rooms are extremely outdated and the walls are paper thin. The staff was really friendly though and the rooftop terrace is really nice. Decent buffet breakfast too.

The location was great, the staff were great, the breakfast was good. The best thing we loved was the rooftop patio where we had our breakfast in the morning.

If you are english speaking, the receptionist/concierge Tigi is the best. You get an excellent guide for places and things to do after check in. Not forgetting the rooftop breakfast, fantastic. Spread was good. Great coffee choice. Location is great. Will definitely stay here again.

Hotel Amalfi is very well located, in the heart of town. The room was excellent, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was awesome.

Our stay was amazing! The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was the best room we stayed in while in Italy for the week. Just the right size, the jacuzzi was sooo relaxing. Location perfect, as Sonos as you walk down the steps you’re right in the middle of shopping. Very short walk to the water. Breathtaking destination to visit and Hotel Amalfi helped make it the experience of a lifetime.

Love love this hotel!!! The warmest of welcomes from Roseanna and Tiggy and you felt like they were awaiting your arrival!! The beds comfortable. Rooms spacious. Bathroom nice size and with a tub and plenty of hot water!! The breakfast had hot and cold food both. The freshest of pastries at breakfast with eggs and bacon for those looking for that as well as plenty of fruit to choose from too!! We even had a rooftop terrace to escape the streets and soak up the sun. One of the House keeping ladies went out of her way and found some towels for us to bring with us on that terrace too. A great find!!
