Excellent service and facilities. I also took the spa package and was able to enjoy massages, hair treatments, facial, pedicure and threading. The decor could use a little updating, I personally don’t like portraits of people I don’t know in my room. The hotel is also just a hop away from DLF Mall of India. I will definitely stay here again.

Overall stay was good, Only one thing went wrong, At the time of check out, I was asked by a guy, did i take anything from minibar, i said no. Then he called someone and said check this room, and i waited 5 min there for confirmation, that we did not consumed anything, After that he processed our checkout procedure, and i went out. Now my question is this - If you do not trust me then why you asked me for consumption. (You directly check first do not ask this question) If you are asking a question like this to customer, either he consumed and he said he didn't, You have to trust the customer. Once you asked me you can not call for cross check in front of me and ask for check, i found like you are insulting your customer. I am a very frequent traveler, i used to stay in Marriott & Taj even i am a Marriott silver elite member. ( I never seen a response like this ) They people ask me but they never cross check me, at least not in front of me. So my stay was good, But this thing made my experience worst
