Bath tube was stuck, had to call handy man. Called reception 4 times before they sent someone. They sent house keeping to give me water, then I told the house keeping about the stuck bath tube. The handy man came with his dirty boots and made the toilet all dirty. Food is not great either, doesn't live up to Marriot standards.

We checked into the Marriott after leaving our previous accommodations after only one night. I wish we had just booked here from the get go and we would have had a much more pleasant evening the day before. The service at the hotel was top notch, both restaurants are so good and the breakfast buffet is more than decent. Free bottled water in the room was great. If I'm ever back in Fez I won't be looking anywhere else but booking here immediately.

Worst hotel out of 7 we stayed at. At arrival, an amplified piano was blaring in lobby. Could barely register because of noise. Reception perfunctory. Food awful. Hotel dated and ugly. When one showers, one floods the bathroom and all one's items on counter. Per Housekeeping, this is an ongoing situation.Service negative. My friend left phone, glasses AND ROOM key at nearby restaurant. Waitress was kind to return all to reception THAT night. We were not notified. 24 hours later we inquired at front desk if items turned in. Staff could barely be bothered with us. Said had nothing. One female receptionist had a lot of arrogant attitude. By pure chance, later we learned that all had been left at reception a day earlier. If not for that, my friend would have been without her cell and glasses, the duration of our travels. The only one who was apologetic, was the Master Chef, who was the executive in charge, that night. There were also other issues. Customer Relations gave empty platitudes. Ironically, although staff knew about our various bad hotel experiences, they kept asking us to to fill out surveys on the restaurants, food, staff etc. Since the person on whom the survey would reflect was taking back the survey, out of courtesy, I filled out everything was good. Obviously not so. Think they wanted the considerate surveys to cover their tails.

Everything from hotel staff to amenities were great, except: only one hotel restaurant seemed to be open over the weekend; housekeeping did not clean very well nor replenish room amenities, had to call to request for some to be delivered; and the worst really is that the shower kept flooding and would take some time to drain out (drainage was defective) and the bidet sprayer didn’t work at all.
