The staff made us feel so welcomed, we end up extending our stay. The hospitality was exceptional. I can’t not wait to go back to this resort. They called to check in to make sure everything was okay several times. Any time we called to front desk a short while later they would follow up with us. They truly went above and beyond to make my stay there exquisite.

Loved that all the rooms have a great view of the ocean - and the whales going by. Nice to have use of the Westin facilities as well. The trolley service was awesome - and those staff especially helpful. The location is a bit remote but that had its plus points too.

Nice hotel
Nice hotel located next to the Westin a few miles from Cabo San Jose. The hotel is part of a timeshare program run by RCI. They must also rent out rooms. The property shares facilities with the Westin and there are a total of 4 pools on the property. Overall it's a nice hotel but it could use some updates to its restaurants/bars/etc.

No service at all. The phone never work niether the internet. The carta to transport you to the different locaciones in the hotel were not aviable..... charge you extra for everything: coffee, parking, internet, drinking water, etc
