First the positives. The room was clean, comfortable and check in/check out was smooth and hassle free, so I'm grateful for that. It was also a pretty good price compared to everywhere else nearby.
That being said, the hotel for sure needs some updating and TLC. The lobby felt massive and empty, the waterpark was dark, for some reason(?), and it only looked like one hallway in the hotel had revamped and renovated rooms.
My three BIG complains are the fact that the hot tub wasn't operational, especially during the indoor waterpark season, the lack of any kind security/locks getting in and out of the building, and how dark and unsafe the parking lot felt at night.
