Alain is tops orhwrs very good TV kept freezing and this was uncomfortable however we love the place

Room is too small. Had problems opening up two luggages. Other than that, location is fabulous.

Great service and location.

The hotel is in decent location however it is very old. The only renovated areas are the lobby and 4 rooms. All other rooms are extremely old, dusty, dirty carpets everywhere, very dirty beat up furniture. Many people who stayed there complained about the same. I checked out one day early because of this and hotel promised that they won’t charge hotels.com for my last night. When I returned I called hotels.com and they told me that hotel is now refusing to give credit for last night. So in addition to dirty and old, they are also very dishonest. Don’t stay here.
