Being only a year old Opus on Broadbeach was a welcome luxury for our 4 night stay. We’d come up to Broadbeach from Kingscliff after checking into an extremely tired and run down Peppers on Salt 2 bed apartment. So awful, we booked Opus through Expedia (which was half the price as when I rang them up - likely due to the last minute booking). We checked into Opus on a Sunday and the A/H checkin experience at their sister building down the road was easy and pleasant.
As soon as we walked into our level 14 2 bedroom ocean view apartment at Opus we were delighted. It felt new, fresh, welcoming and clean. We’re pretty nit picky when it comes to cleanliness and our Opus apartment was on the money. Hopefully it still feels this way in 4 years time.
Location was great, close to lots of places to eat, go for a walk or ride. A quick drive to Pacific Fair was perfect. We had both hit and rainy days whilst at Opus but always felt at home.
The bike storage cage was awesome as we had 3 bikes with us. Full sized fridge, dishwasher and microwave were all brand new.
Would highly recommended and would likely stay here again.
