Overall it was a nice stay, incredibly scenic property and perfect accommodation for a family with 2 kids. Nothing fancy inside the cabin, but very clean, well-furnished and private. Lots of awesome winter activities (at extra cost), and friendly staff.
We stayed in a cabin, with a small but full kitchen which was handy. Kids slept in the sofa bed at the living room, while the double bed is on a mezzanine. Good shower, clean bathroom, spotless bedsheets and towels.
Parked right in front of the cabin door, which was also handy.
The only downsides for me were a surprise cleaning fee at checkout (only then explained it’s applicable for stays shorter than 1 week) and a loooong wait to check in (short-staffed reception at night).
All that said, I would come back and I do recommend this charming hotel.
(Just don’t bother tiding up the room as instructed at check-in because you’ll be charged the cleaning fee anyways.)
