Quick and welcoming check-in. Friendly, helpful, service-minded personnel. Very convenient location: in the old town and just a couple of minutes walk from the Central Train station. Rooms facing street have a nice view on the channel. Room is a decent size with practical furniture, including a small fridge, water boiler and complement tea and coffee from the hotel. One can also take coffee any time during the day in the reception area. Daily room cleaning! Good, nutritional breakfast which also include fried eggs, not just a usual egg stir. Hotel also serve evening meal. By the level of customer care the hotel definitely stand-out even from more fancy hotels.

The lokation is fantastic in the middle of Malmö. The room was comfortable with a cosy veiw into a backyard with a beautiful walnut tree below. Nice breakfast, with spicy juice shots and wonderful chef/cook who served everything you'd wish. Pleasant and helpful reception employees. It was a pity that the elevator was out of order, but it should be fixed as soon as possible. You were welcome to enjoy a cup of coffee, tea or hot chocolate when ever you wanted. The stay at this hotel gave me the possibility visiting my son, even though corona pandemic is a fact.

Friendly staff at the reception. I had a very special room, with a sleeping part with bureau and tv and another small room with a big comfortable seat and books to read. There was a very good breakfast with yoghurt muesli, rolls, cheese, meat etc

Arrived at a freezing hotel room. All windows were open and there was a wierd smell in the room. I arrived kind of late (9pm) and asked the receptionist when the kitchen was closing. She said it closed at 10pm, so I knew I could order some food. After trying to settle in the freezing room, after a long day on the road, I then again called the reception to order some food (about 9.20pm), but was informed that the chef had gone home for the day and the kitchen was closed. I asked if she could help me to order some food, but she couldn't, so I ended up having to order online.. and my food never arrived. I ended up eating a box of pringles that I had in my suitcase. I thought my misery was over when I finally made it to bed.. but no - there was a young couple in the room next to me with a screaming baby, who cried half the night keeping whatever few guests awake. I find it strange that we are put in rooms so close together when the hotel seemed very empty.. very strange indeed. I was really disappointed by by these initial things, but it got only worse the next day when I was told the kitchen was completely closed because of easter. I found this kind of disturbing because I was really trying to limit my distance to the world in these corona times, and I really didn't have a clue how to order food online. Conclusion was I got sick on second day, and couldn't eat anything, and barely had the energy to pack before moving on to my next destination. Is a refund possible? Br. W

My parents stayed here. They always stay here. The breakfast is great and the staff are friendly. However, the cistern broke in their room so they had to leave their room early. Good location, decent size room for price.
