Check in was a breeze using the self check in computers but you have to get your booking ID first from a staff if you want to proceed. The rooms are clean but they’re very small for four people. Hardly a space to open your luggage if everyone checks in at the same time. Lucky for me I was the first one. The bathroom is soooo small and yet they have a sprawling lobby. It has the hostel vibe at the lobby all right but at the price of smaller rooms that are hard to maneuver. If you do your business in the bathroom, every one else can hear you because the door is just a sliding door, well because they really scrimp on space so they can have as many rooms to fill. More bucks for them, less convenience for the guests. I asked a staff at the lobby for some bathmat coz it’s so messy after someone takes a shower. The water splatters out to the non-shower area. The staff was not very accommodating and he just didn’t seem to care. The housekeeping the next morning at least provided with an extra towel that another housekeeper took out the next day but didn’t provide a replacement. Oh well! The location was great. Close to the central station and Tivoli Gardens. My room had a view at least but I will probably choose a more comfortable and convenient place next time.
