Outdated old property , some days elevator not working m last two days elevator to beach not working , when putting on shower ugly smell from draining pipes, resort very full,impossible to go to any restaurants without reservations , toilet flushing very low water pressure, breakfast charges ( cheese/ cold cuts only one limited one choice ) totally overpriced ,more than $40 US per person , one day no beach towels until 11.30 am , duirty dirty algae beaches , should be cleaned more often, overnight stay without breakfast US$ 400 ,not worth it , room clean up only everyday late afternoon, resort in bad neighborhood, sorry but with every restaurant bill they included 10% service charge but always somewhat reminded you that an extra tip should be given not under an additional 10%, I booked two rooms for a total of 20 days , breakfast area always full of black birds pooping all over.have been to Barbados many years ago, it’s now a place with the theme song , give us all your money you tourists, car rental $100 per day, it goes on and on , the resort compared to others fell short of our expectations , a request for a small later check out was denied,my bill was charged to our card one night prior to check out, respectfully g mohr

Poor hospitality and a lack of necessities and amenities. The room had no mirror to check if clothing was attired correctly. When I requested a mirror from the front desk, the manager said they couldn't accommodate me, and another staff member said I would have to upgrade my room but oking in order to be moved to a room with a full-length mirror.

The room has a wonderfully large bath - however I dont think I saw anything on the website to say that access to the bath does require you to be quite physically fit and mobile due to large step up and over the ledge to access shower & bath. Unable to get reservations at restaurants during our 3 day stay as they were all ready booked up. Went to the bar - service very slow, bar stacked with empty glasses....seemed like not enough staff and/or facilities for them to cater for the number of guests.

The room was very big with a nice seating area and balcony. It had its own full kitchen. The bed was good but very high off the floor. A touch old fashioned but ok. The gardens were very well kept. Could never get a sun bed. Bar needed refurbishing and the drinks were not great quality. The place could be great but needs work. The grill on the beach could be amazing as the space is great but not utilised well. No other restaurants outside the resort in easy reach. Great beach!

The family pool area was gross. The bathrooms were closed. There was a big pipe coming out and a smell of sewage. There being nowhere no nearby toilets, where do you think people were peeing?? Eww. We had no soap in the room so had to use shower gel to wash our hands. They cleaned the room but left no new clean towels. Asked a few times til the towels showed up.

Staff and service are very friendly. We were traveling with older teenagers and we always felt safe with letting them walk around the resort. We had an issue with our toilet and they came to fix it and thought that was that. An hour later I received a text that they would just like to replace it (that day)! We had very few issues but if we did it was addressed and resolved very quickly! Beach is beautiful and easy to access. A couple improvements would be the beach bar, The Grove. They are VERY busy and it seems to me there has to be a better way to run it. From ordering to paying. The food takes forever to get. HOWEVER, they are friendly and tell you it's going to be a while. I think the place is just too small for the amount of people they are servicing (though we were there on probably one of the busiest weeks of the year). Another improvement would be the mattress on the pullout couch. We used it every night and though we managed, it really needs to be replaced. Going out of the country always has its challenges and differences than being in the United States. But you know that going into it. Truly not a hard price to pay for the beauty of the island you came for!

We had the most amazing stay at The Crane Resort. All the staff members were warm, welcoming, and helpful. The room was stunning, and the view from our balcony was breathtaking. The layout and decor of the room were well thought out. The convenience of having a kitchen was great, and the well-stocked mini-mart downstairs made it even better. All the pools were beautiful, and despite the size of the resort, it never felt crowded. Most noteworthy was the amazing staff at the kids’ club. Tnisha was incredibly warm and kind, and my kids adored her. My son spent almost the entire day there by choice, and all the crafts were adorable and engaging. My younger son was initially hesitant about going to the kids' club, but after seeing how much fun his brother was having and getting to know Tnisha, he couldn’t get enough of it.

Very nice hotel room and beautiful beach. Hotel was clean but quite run down and in need of some care and attention. Overall service was disappointing. Food was very slow in coming and of very average quality. This was not good value for money and I would not go back.
