My best experience. Room is suites anf full experience . 2tv refri and all inclusive . Food is amazing.

The staff is very kind but the hotel itself is very old and has nothing to do

It’s in good condition. I like it. People are very friendly. Good foods. The bigger problem is, the beaches is far from the hotel and we have to pay for extra services.

The hotel is located in the middle of the golf camp and being so convenient for the location; it just disgusting.......,,,, First, my room was located at the 1th level which is fine but in order to get there you have to exited out via the pool area and then come back in through the glass door. I also must mentioned that you could smell the food being cook from the kitchen every single day and time. Second, the drinks were watery and nasty; I ordered a coke and it tasted just like water with sugar and the beer was even worst. Third, beside being all inclusive; I would prefer to stay on an Airbnb apt near with best accommodations. Four, I have to give it to the staff For being able to do a phenomenon job with what they have and they were very and super friendly with everyone even during the daily events at night time; they were able to keep the people and kids happy and smiling

The hotel seemed nice and clean at the entrance. Check in was quick and the lady was friendly and helpful. The floor at the pool area was dirty and floor was uneven so water accumulated in some spaces which made the floor dirty. There were plastic cups in some places and trash in the floor. Still, pool was really nice, big and clean. It has a kids pool so it was really nice to have that. They made activities but I didn’t saw if they had a calendar or schedule for them. The snacks were placed at the pool and were very good. Service was 4 stars in that area. Room was really clean. The temperature was horribly cold. We turned off the A/C and it was still cold and the sheets were only two and thin so it didn’t help. We were four but they only placed 2 towels and we had to ask twice for more towels. The rooms have safety box but no key and a fridge that wasn’t working. TV is old and didn’t work. Food was really good. They had vegetables and fruits every time and variety of meat, chicken and fish. The space is only one and was too small for the amount of people they can receive. Once we had to eat outside in a small table because there wasn’t space inside. Service in the restaurant was sometimes good but others bad. They weren’t that attentive. They used to take away the plates without even asking if we finished. I had to ask a couple times to give me the plate but it was already a little disgusting to eat my food when somebody touched my plate without even asking.

Excellent service, very good hotel, good food and the staff was very friendly to us. We went in a group of 6 people to spend a night and everything was perfect. I consider that this hotel has a unique quality compared to other hotels that charge expensive and give poor service, this hotel deserves the best rating for the good time we had. Thr staff is amazing, however the all inclusive deal is not good since you have limited food to choose from special for picky eaters like my daughter
