The resort as well as the staff are amazing. Very nice place, close to a natural environment, clean and comfortable. Staff are also friendly and accommodating. However, the location is slightly far from other attractions if you are intending to walk. Furthermore, taxis and grab or GOJEK are not allowed to pick up (only drop off) from the resort. Nevertheless, this resort is recommended especially if you just intend to relax and enjoy the resort facilities.

It seemed as though the hotel wasn’t fully open with limited activities and anytime you wanted a drink by the pool it seemed a mission to find a member of staff.

The private pool villas at Plataran Canggu are amazing! They offer privacy and luxury at a very affordable price. The staff is very friendly, courteous and extremely helpful. Overall, an awesome place to spend a relaxing vacation!

I was very satisfied with my overall stay and service at Plataran. It started with the complementary shuttle from the airport, which took about an hour. I stayed in one of the private pool villas and I could not have been happier. I knew I made the right choice because I was looking for a quiet, serene location, away from the city noise. I enjoyed walking around the beautiful green alleys. Everywhere was picture perfect. I only went out to the restaurant or the spa. At the spa, their service is immaculate. The staff was also very curteous. They attended to all of my needs. Food was also good. This was great value for the price!

Jederzeit wieder!

Die Unterkunft ansich ist schön. Mussten nach Einzug sofort das facility Management anrufen, da die Poolbeleuchtung Lose im Pool hing. Als wir ein zweites Mal anriefen, da wir eine "Green snake" (hochgiftig!!!) in den Büschen sahen, war die reception schon genervt. Zum Schluss mussten wir an der Hauptstraße (10min fussweg vom Resort) auf unser Taxi warten, weil der taxibetrieb auf der Straße nicht erwünscht sei... Komisch nur, dass wir mit dem Taxi zum Resort fuhren und dies auch kein Problem war. Sehr enttäuschend für ein solches etablissement.

Hotel agréable mais beaucoup trop cher!

Lækkert resort. Stor villa. Daglig skadedyrsbekæmpelse, myggespray. Super god restaurant til OK pris. Meget venlig og ydmyg service som forsøger at hjælpe gæsterne mest muligt. Hoteller tilbyder nogle inkluderede ydelser men de er ikke så lette at finde. Nogle faciliteter på vores værelse trængte til forbedring, DVD-afspiller virkede ikke og toilet dusch fungerede ikke. Træningsudstyr kunne være lidt bedre (mangler maskine til styrketræning). WiFi er langsom og virker ikke mange steder, fx ikke i gym og i områder mellem villaerne. Fælles pool var stor, god og ren. Villaens egen pool var ikke så lækker at vi ville hoppe i den. Begrænset in room dining valgmuligheder (mange flere på hotellets restaurant). Beliggenhed er OK stille men der var byggearbejde i nærheden hvilket forstyrrede nogle gange. Der er høns på resortet hvilket er meget irriterende da hanen galer meget tidligt om morgenen. Beliggenheden er en smule ubehagelig da man skal gå igennem en mørk vej med mange hunde for at komme ud til hovedvejen. Lad være at booke taxa via hotellet, da de samarbejder med nogen som tager 3-4x markedsprisen. Det synes vi er for dårlig behandling af deres egne gæster.
