Great pool, gym and bike facilities. Friendly and helpful staff. The food was, in general, pretty good. Looked to be great for families, too, with lots of activities and staffers who genuinely loved kids. Recommended for families and triathletes. The biggest downside was the location next to a large wetlands and the resulting plague of mosquitoes.

Property was nice but really caters to family with kids. Didn’t like the fact the spa was cold. As far as cleanliness, floors were not swept and didn’t receive wash cloths, ever.

The property was always clean and had good amenities for children, including activities clubs etc. Swimming pools were also very good. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We went half board, and the food was also very good. Location wise it is very close to the beach and a supermarket. Bus stop is close to the hotel, but be aware that they tend to get very busy.

Just got home from a week at Viva Blue. This is a great hotel-great room, great pool, staff were so friendly and helpful, food was excellent and the location was perfect-close to the lovely beach. If you have kids, they have a great kids club team, who really make the kids feel welcome. We had to practically drag our two out of the hotel this morning! Already looking to book to go back next year. Thankyou for a great holiday Viva Blue

Not one for writing reviews but this hotel was amazing and everything we could have hoped for! We travelled with a 5 and 8 year old and both were entertained all day everyday, so much to do for kids. The food was amazing we didn’t have to leave! Staff were also amazing and great with the children. Beach is a two minute walk and also lovely and shallow.

We received notice(through email) less than 24 hours before our arrival that there was a technical issue with our hotel room and that we would spend our first 2 nights in a different hotel. The management team were very unprofessional and difficult to deal with
