This was a stay booked last minute with a friend. We stayed in a twin room apartment which was more than enough for us. This had bedroom and a separate kitchen area with dining room table, sofa bed and tv. Kitchen is well equipped with coffee machine microwave fridge and hob. The reception is large enough and check in easy enough with online check in at the reception. The pool is large enough to offer sun bed and maintain distance from others with a bar there also offering drinks and bar snacks. The property is well positioned with a quick walk to the beach the easy way to this is via steps these are fairly steep and a longer route can be used. There are a good selection of restaurants and a supermarket directly opposite and a 10 minute walk to the main strip. Cleaning was infrequent on check in was asked how frequent we wanted cleaning of the room and opted every other day however this did not happen with us having to visit reception to ask for the clean after using the shower it being blocked and overflowing which did take a day to sort as maintenance man did not work late.

Great apartment in great location. However missing a few of the basic items ie. Detergent and towel for washing dishes, and no tea or coffee provided. Also wifi very intermittent and unreliable. But quality of room, balcony, swimming pool and proximity to the beach were excellent.

Really good value, got upgraded without even asking! Staff were really helpful, my only negative is the lack of a do-not-disturb as that apartment was serviced 5 days a week- which is great but unnecessary for me personally.

We asked for 2 apartments close to each other and were given property’s a big distance apart . They did change them though when we pushed it . We ended up with 2 flier properties 4 doors apart which backed into the pool bar area . Perfect for us . Near to the strip and a lovely beach .

We stayed in an apartment. My main problem is that you don't know at the time of booking that there is quite a big difference between the standard apartment and a superior one. We had a 2 bedroom standard apartment. It was very spacious but the decor was very dated and the kitchen was falling apart. Our friends were given a free upgrade to a superior apartment so we realised the standard of ours was much lower. They did move us to a superior half way through our stay for a €25 cleaning charge which was much nicer. However, we had a number of requests which fell on deaf ears eg. AC unit in second bedroom never worked and was never fixed in an 11 say stay in this apartment - I asked about it 5 days in a row. No hangers in our wardrobes - I asked for some 3 days in a row and gave up and bought some. I also asked 5 days in a row for an iron and eventually got one the day before we left. Our friends had similar but worse problems as their electricity went at least 8 times over the two weeks. They asked for a hairdryer 5 days in a row and then gave up. The maintenance and housekeeping management staff completely let this property down and should be replaced. I don't think I would be interested in the hassel of staying here again.
