The hotel was a half hour drive from the airport and is in a pedestrianised area, but it was a short walk from our drop off point to the hotel. Some better signage would help to identify the entrance to the hotel. Check in was easy and we were escorted to our room by a member of staff. Our room didn’t have a lift to it and was up two flights of stairs, this was ok for us but may not be suitable for other people. The room itself was huge! Decent sized shower room which was equipped with a hairdryer and towels. Living room with sofa, armchair and TV. The bedroom had two large single beds pushed together giving each of us plenty space to sleep in. Only one pillow though, which was an issue for me personally but could be ok for others.Plenty of cupboard space with a wardrobe in the entrance (which also had a safe in it), cupboards in the living area and bedside tables with drawers in the bedroom. One thing missing from the room which I feel would benefit your stay is a fridge. Milk wasn’t provided with the coffee/tea and so as there was nowhere to store milk, we were unable to make use of this facility. The location is the best thing about this hotel. It is literally just off the main square and central to all the attractions we wanted to see while there. We absolutely would book this hotel again purely for this reason!

The room was clean and spacious. Water pressure in the shower could have been better. But the hotel was in a brilliant location, fairly-priced, and the staff were very accommodating. The breakfast was excellent too and a really good variety of food on offer.

Excellant location, close to the main square. Rooms cleaned every day, friendly staff and a good choice of breakfast. There was only one thing I would say was wrong, there was no milk in the room to make a cup of tea. I would stop there again. Lovely stay.

Amazing location. Nice building with historical features. Excellent, responsive and extremely helpful staff. The only thing is breakfast. The quality of food was good, very good coffee, but I expected to see more of proper traditional Polish cuisine meals. Otherwise, I would recommend it and will book myself again if I come to Krakow another time.

Detta hotell är 3 stjärnigt men löget uppväger 20m så är du på torget i Old Town med massor av restauranger. När du kommer ut från hotellet kommer du direkt ut på gågatan med butiker, kafeer, restauranger.
