DONT BOOK THIS HOTEL
Was charged parking. While another party that was with us was not. They booked through courtyard and not a third party luke us. The bathroom towels smelled horrible. Called for services and got no answer tried for 15 minutes on the phone. Had to go to front desk. They said only one person cant do everything. Had to wait an additional 15 minutes. Dont book this hotel.

Great Location
The hotel is clean, smells good. It is located in a great area. You have to pay for parking eventhough you are staying, something I did not understand but oh well. We just use it to bath and sleep.

I won’t complain
The young lady at the front desk was not the friendliest. I expressed that she had done something wrong and she did not like being corrected! The pillow case on 3 of the 4 pillows were not clean. Just be mindful to ask about the services that are offered when you check-in! The hotel was very quiet and it snowed while we were there, so that made everything better!

Great location, building in new and well appointed. Phone in room did not work so I could not contact front desk. Needed additional towels and had to find somebody in the hallway. Worst part-neighbor played exceptionally loud music for hours on end beginning at 6 AM. Notified the front desk in the evening. Essentially they indicated there was nothing they could do until 10 o’clock at night, which was quiet time. Music was shake the walls loud and constant for 6 hours and after 10 PM. Notified front desk and they were unable to resolve this. Music stopped around 11 PM but started again at 4 AM. Again, notified the desk, and they were able to have guest turn it down slightly around 5am. No security on site, very few staff members, and they seem unable to effectively address a hotel policy or guest concerns.
