A peaceful retreat
New Hall has exceeded ones expectation. Exceptional in every aspect. Ambience including it's natural beauty truly outstanding. Staff absolutely first class, all needs were met, going over and beyond. Meals exquisite, a wide selection to chose from, beautifully presented. Cleanliness 10 out of 10

Customer Service of the highest quality
Wow. This hotel is beautiful. So much history, wonderful grounds. It's peaceful and quiet. The food is incredible but what really stood out for my family and I was the customer service. The manager, Louis, opened the door for us upon arrival and took photos for us on departure. The point here is that from start to finish his professionalism was exceptional. There was an impatient customer behind us on check-in but Louis didn't panic, he politely told him he was dealing with us first and would be with him shortly. The attention to detail and willingness to help us at all times clearly rubbed off on all the staff throughout the hotel. The hospitality industry should take a lesson from the way they do things here. We had an amazing time.

Stunning.
Wonderful stay. Everyone there was super friendly, welcoming and helpful. Excellent rooms and a beautiful, relaxing location. Wild parakeets outside were a surprising bonus along with the kingfisher by the moat.
