Nice holiday home with a view of the sea and the surrounding countryside.
Enjoy a fantastic view of Krk and the city of Skradin in this quiet house. It consists of two apartments, one on two floors connected by an internal staircase and a studio apartment with 3 rooms on the ground floor.
The property is fenced on all sides. Enjoy swimming in the heated pool. There are steep stairs on the property, as the building is on a small hill above the town.
The access road is also steep, and the last 50 m to the property are gravel.
A short walk takes you to the beach, where you can enjoy the sea and the sun fully.
