room was outdated . lamps in room had to be turned on manuall instead of turning on with a light switch . one of the lamps did not work at all and was physically broken..
bed was the absolute worst ive ever slept on .. extremely uncomfortable and creaking and loud .
no ice or vending machines in the tour 2 which is where i was located . had to walk outside the building to get to tour 1 and then only on 4th floor to get vending machines.
overall one of the worst hotels ive ever stayed at . and the hotel front desk telling me what do you expect from a 3 star hotel for an answer just shows the lacking quality of this place … ive stayed in many 3 or 4 star hotels and none have ever been this bad .
lesson learned , next time will stay at the holiday inn express across the street …
