Not Enough Towels!
Theme of the hotel was not enough towels! Only one per guest in each room and no towels down at the pool. Breakfast was normal by pre-COVID standards, now stellar. Hot buffet served by staff. No firm option for pillow though...

It was a great hotel. The staff was all very pleasant. The staff at the restaurant Treo in the hotel went above in beyond as when I ordered food they heard my daughter crying and said they would deliver the food to our room, even though they don’t do that any longer. That was so helpful for me!! The breakfast was great every morning.
