I didn’t like that I paid for the most expensive room and was awoken every morning at 5am to the restaurant upstairs. Chairs moving tables moving constantly from 5am till 1030 am. Why would you build a restaurant on top of the most expensive suites in the hotel? I also made the mistake of booking for 1 person and they didn’t care and charged me 240€ for my fiancé. There was no room service for this expensive room nor did or hotel phone work for the entire stay for us to even call the reception or restaurant or reservations help etc… the hotel was beautiful but the amenities are poor.

Slightly off the beaten track but conveniently enough located. Great facilities and all very new for 2021. A few teething issues but overall good value for money - Non sea view rooms overlook a loud children’s/ family hotel and mini water park. - Sea view rooms have good view but not great from the first floor. - They seem to put people on floors depending on their nationality, so most Brits were on the first with the worst views and Cypriots on the 5th with the better views (I could be wrong but that’s how it felt) - Breakfast was great. -The food in poolside restaurant were huge portions, but needed a bit more flavour. - loads of sunbeds taken in the morning but then never used throughout the day - cleaning was great. - The rooms were modern but very basic feeling. - The aircon worked but felt unreliable - Short walk from the beach, and 12 mins to aiyanapa town. If walking, note that it is at the top of a hill so would suggest getting a cab - the rooms a a private pool didn’t get sun until after midday

Beautiful brand new property in the heart of Aya Napa. The hotel and staff were extremely accommodating. We were there for one week and my fiancé had booked the swim up suite for our last night (celebrating our engagement). Unfortunately the room was not available due to technical issues. We were given a couples massage, which more than made up the difference. Only complaint I would have are the portions are a bit small for the high end restaurant, but still amazing cuisine. This is the only hotel I will book when visiting Cyprus!

Short walk to nightlife Great Breakfast Wine on arrival In room amenities (usb charging ports, slippers, bathrobes) Comfortable sun loungers - Side Sea View rooms do not offer view to the sea, at all :(
