Air-conditioner Not user friendly - cannot adjust the temperature, it kept staying at 20-22 celsius and kept on lowering the temperature itself. It is too cold for all of us. I could hardly sleep because I was shaking the whole night. have tried to switched it off but it was no air to breathe. Cockroach One cockroach was found on the floor, near the bed Unknown white bug on bedside cleaned them once but after 30 mins,they appeared again and more on my child’s son pillow I couldn’t wait to leave the hotel Overall it was a such a bad experience

酒店位置於市中心，十分方便。可步行至Central 商場，約十分鐘。酒店房間大，沐浴間設施有點舊。早餐選擇豐富，Chaweng海灘十分漂亮。酒店泳池有2個。職員友善有禮。

整體上尚算合格,酒店有點舊, 不過位置優越，住在最旺地區 查汶，不用乘車，出酒店門口已經可以吃喝購物。

位置方便， 但酒店太舊。 職員服務態度不夠誠懇。
