It was a nice clean and you will get some peace of mind and get some rest nice area right across the street from shopping centers

Good stay. Only complaint was pool was closed but have kind of come to expect that these days. I just wish that it had been advertised that way. Other than that the service was good and the hotel was clean and comfortable. I enjoyed my stay and would stay again.

not here if you're pulling a boat or trailer.

Parking is meant for vehicles without a trailer. Parked behind an adjacent business and hoped I wouldn't get towed away before I got up. Room was 51 degrees when we checked in. couldnt figure if furnace was working or not as it was just blowing cold air so we asked for another room and while they didnt have another room like we had booked, it was fine. the continental breakfast was not worth the effort. Would I stay here again? Sure, if i'm going to be staying multiple nights. for a one nighter, probably not.

okay, odd things happened during our stay.

The front desk staff were friendly, especially the one in the mornings. There were these two kids that were there that would ride their little bike and hover board up and down the hallway. I'm assuming they were staying there? Not sure, but it was a little unappealing. The one kid also tripped me with his remote control car. It appeared the people working at the front desk were also having to watch them. The room was very spacious but not very sound proof. Was woken up one night by a child crying in the next room. On our second night, there was a lady that was sleeping at the computer out in the common area. She was there for at least 2 hours. That was also just really odd. I don't know if I would stay again.

Neutral stay - good and bad things about our stay

Not sure if we would stay here again or not. The price was reasonable. We did like that they had a washer/dryer on the premise. Staff was friendly and helpful as we needed to contact them often during our stay. The pool and hot tub area was nice, but they needed to be cleaned and have the chemicals checked more often than they were. Exercise room was simple but it worked. The pictures on their website were of a different room than we booked so the room was way smaller than we expected. Had to track down silverware right away as there was only 1 fork and 2 spoons. Very few kitchen items supplied so it was difficult to actually cook a meal. We went to the Dollar Store and bought things. Very dark, lights had to turned on manually as we could not get the wall switches to turn them on. There was not a coffee table in the living room so we used the ironing board as a table. Shower drain was clogged - they eventually came and unplugged it so we weren't standing in ankle deep water. Found sheets behind the couch. The same candy wrappers were on the stairs the 7 days we were there. Our room faced the parking lot and it was very noisy.

super kind staffs

the room was clean and specious and comfortable. the staffs were super kind. I stayed there due to a blizzard, and it seems to me one of the staffs even got rid of snow from the customers' cars

Great hotel

The room was very clean and bed and furniture was very comfortable. Yes the breakfast is as a grab and go but with the kitchen in the room it really wasn’t an issue since I bought food to make for myself in the room. It was nice having the dishes and utensils available to be able to make food in the room versus going out to eat. With that said, if you choose to go out to a restaurant, there were many options nearby to choose from. It was also close to shopping which was also a plus. I would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed

I specifically chose a one room suite for the homey feel. I have specific ways I eat and brought food for frig. That was a good thing as I arrived exhausted and there wasn’t anywhere close to get healthy food.

Uncomfortable

Extremely uncomfortable. The beds are rock hard. I woke up with excruciating back pain and still 2 days later I’m having a hard time breathing. The hotel was very clean. The pool was tiny and ice cold. Hard to track down employees at the front desk, there wasn’t a bell to ring. I wouldn’t recommend.
