Service was impeccable. Friendly attentive staff. I felt like I was family. Need better fitness room and equipment. Too small and uninviting. Recommend daily aqua fitness and group activities to engage people, volleyball net.... Get people social and active! Recommend small microwave in rooms. Most hotels have small kitchenette in every room. Recommend dance lesson night - ballroom, tango .... etc.

Location ad proximity to everything was amazing!!! Close to beach pool restaurants had a great time

The chairs on the beach were very close to each other and felt crowded. Please paint the doors that take people from the elevator to the north wing and going through the breezeway. They look really old and not panted in years. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall a good experience. Also the rental car place across the street was very convenient

Gosh- they spoiled us! The property is amazing but the people were even more amazing! Damien set up our chairs every day and brought us umbrellas....if you can be sure to sit in the section that Neil serves on the beach- he is amazing. overall we cannot wait to go back.

Only complaint was that the beds weren’t very comfortable and we didn’t like the first room we had as there was a loud rooster right outside. They then moved us to a much better, quieter room upon our request.
