Everything took forever! Checking was a long for no reason. We had to ask for towels multiple times and still never got it.

Excellent place to vacation. Great restaurants, staff was so polite and took great care of us. Room was so nice. We will defiantly go back. 9.5 stars

Fantastic service, great location close to downtown San Jose, clean facilities. Strong attention to sanitation and COVID safety. The food in the restaurants was amazing - far exceeded expectations we had for an all inclusive hotel.

The beautiful soul of Mexico resides in the spirit of the employees of this spectacular resort. It truly is paradise - perfect weather, pools (for all experiences), grounds, food too. We were treated with the greatest hospitality and all precautions were made to ensure our family and staff alike were safe from COVID. COVID testing on site was simple and efficient.

The hotel was amazing. They are using all precautions for Covid. Not very many guest so it’s easy to social distance. Friendly staff

Margarita the hostess from la plaza was such a nice and respectful lady. The staff was always friendly greeting us making sure we had everything we needed. The hotel was kept clean and we will definitely be going back.

The room had sanitized stickers everywhere but had hairs on the floor, poorly swept. I had to get my own drinks as personnel nowhere to be found. Food was more for looks... and on the no flavor side at the dinner restaurant, the bar food was better. Not worth full price
