Very very bad business

I booked this stay online and paid for it in advance. When I got to the hotel they told me that they did not have a room for me because they had overbooked their hotel and then the front desk personnel lied to me and said that they didn’t take the payment, which was not true. I had to call. And get the charge reversed off my credit card through your company. I am going to call the corporate office of this hotel and make a report as well.

Bad Experiencd

I would not recommend this hotel. It was cheaper than other local hotels but that showed. The floors of the entire hotel were sticky and gross. I didn’t want to walk around barefoot. I don’t normally check my hotels for bedbugs but I did at this hotel because it felt gross. The bed seemed cheap and old. I definitely would not recommend this hotel.

Everything was great the only thing I would say be aware they do not give out extra towels. My family stayed there for a week and had to wash their own towels and at that point they just bought their own towels to use. Everything else was fine they just don’t offer housekeeping and towels for that extended stay.

My stay at Woodspring suites

The customer service was really good at this hotel. The front desk person was really nice and helpful. However, the room didn’t have any hand soap, shampoo, or body wash. There was a dirty rag in the sink when I got there, I assume someone left it by accident. The floors were oily, the bedding didn’t seem fresh, and the remote was severely broken. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Terrible staff . Terrible hotel . They have Charged my card and tooken out my money for a night I didn’t stay . Was told rooms were booked for the night (not available) and the hotel still took out what wasn’t there’s and I still haven’t received my money back !

we didn't get to stay there, we went to check in and the lady was outside smoking, took her time to get to the front desk to tell us that Expedia cancelled out reservation. From the first day we checked in there was a problem with our toilet. We notified front desk and his first response was what did we put into the toilet and then quickly added well aren’t you about to check out anyway. As we were booked to stay for 5 days. Then he said oh well we are booked and have nowhere else to put you. Finally someone came to try and fix the toilet problem and they complained also about the place and this was there employment. I care not to stay at this facility ever when I’m back in town visiting as I do come quite frequently. And I will not recommend and will be contacting the corporate office.

Well I checked in and I came upstairs and the room had no garbage bags in the garbage cans no hand soap no shampoo or conditioner and no toilet paper the manager told me she wasn't going to have toilet paper till tomorrow so what am I supposed to wipe myself with and they said I had to go buy my own toilet paper. I don't have a car to go to the store around this area, everything's pretty far so I'm pretty upset about that. We're paying for everything that's supposed to come in the room and I wasn't compensated or offered some type of tissue or paper towel or napkin. Pretty disappointed never had a problem with this hotel before.

No words- the hotels should be ashamed. To the young man at the desk, I’m sorry that they’re working you to the BONE they way they are. I never even stayed at the hotel bc I was so put off by it. I just requested a refund. Kids in the lobby running rampant and making a mess. Like screaming profanities, trash everywhere. We waited HOURS for a room and never got one. At midnight we went to a different hotel because we were tired of waiting. Naked crackheads around the property, tweakers in the hallways and the main doors don’t lock? No thank you. Nasty, unsafe, understaffed. Do with that as you will.

Hello, yes there was shops nearby and excellent location. Woodsprings suites , we checked in . Went to the room there Roaches crawling, so receptionist says she will talk to her manager, she called him on phone. Sherman Thomas , manager was very careless about situation . We waited 15 mins just for somebody to get to the desk and when came somebody finally came to desk we didn’t get no welcome just for the name and gave us our keys and told us room number. There was no carts available for the elderly waiting behind us. When returning to desk after unpacking 3 employees sit at the table arguing with somebody elderly over where one of them were. The whole place smelled really bad. You also have a group of people who apparently live here which is fine but not when you are letting 3 kids run out the parking lot throwing rocks at others hotels room windows til 11 pm at night. When going to leave at 8:30 the next morning you have an employee who is cleaning the lobby/mopping and getting mad and shaking his head at people when they are trying to walk through to leave.
